In the key at the bottom there is already an entry for the cross-collection condition. ( = Available as a Recipe using cards from the collection indicated.) Additional asterisks or a note at the top is completely unnecessary. If somehow that is unclear, all that an individual needs to do is click the link provided and they will be taken to the collection indicated by the icon. If someone is still confused, they'll ask someone on the boards.
